RED BEANS AND RICE In Louisianna Monday is the customary “Red Beans and rice day”, but we say why just Monday’s. We simmer ours slow with ham hocks till the buttery meat falls off the bone, then we serve it over a bed of rice. Come by and try it out, cuz any day can feel like a Monday.
